Co-creating an Arctic Food Arena

This co-creation workshop focuses on exploring the challenges of diversified circular food production in an arctic climate and is organized by Arctic Food Arena in Gällivare in partnership with Northern Food Lab at LTU as part of Creaternity Impact Days 2024. This gathering aspires to cultivate a collaborative environment, uniting stakeholders from diverse sectors such as the community, business, public authorities, and academia.

Set in the arctic environment, the workshop serves as a neutral platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange. Participants are invited to share their ideas and experiences, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the challenges associated with diversified circular food production in northern Sweden. 

With a focus on inclusivity, the workshop encourages participants to actively shape the agenda. Early feedback will inform the creation of focus group topics, ensuring that the discussions delve into the most pressing challenges perceived by the collective. This co-creation process begins even before the workshop commences, fostering an open dialogue and building trust within the network. Together, let's embark on this journey of exploration and collaboration.

Language: English with opportunities for group discussion in your language of choice.

Participants: Representatives of business, public authorities, academia, and anyone who is curious and engaged in sustainable food systems in northern Sweden.

Fee: This event is free. Registration is required in advance and a no-show fee will be charged.

Accomodation:  Accomodation and transportation is paid at the cost of the individual. Rooms have been reserved for workshop participants at the Grand Hotel Lapland in Gällivare. Please use the code 507419 to access the rooms that have been set aside.
